Sleep, a fundamental and crucial aspect of our existence, is often overlooked and undervalued in today's fast-paced world. We push ourselves to the limit, sacrificing precious hours of rest. The citizens of the Zombie Society, perpetually trapped in a state of sleep deprivation that threatens not only their well-being but the very fabric of their existence. Sleep is essential for our physical, mental, and emotional health.




It is during sleep that our bodies repair and rejuvenate themselves, our minds process and consolidate memories, and our emotions find balance and stability. Without an adequate amount of sleep, our cognitive functions decline, our immune systems weaken, and our overall health deteriorates.


We are already awake but It's time for a wake-up call, a call to reclaim the importance of sleep in our lives. We must prioritize rest and relaxation, carve out time for rejuvenation and renewal, and recognize that sleep is not a luxury but a necessity for our well-being.
