Sleep was my Solution to many Challenges.

From a lifestyle where sleep simply was the moment passing out, falling into a state facing sleep paralysis and co on weekly manner - I changed my life with mindful sleep strategies and found the the immense benefits on overall well-being. 

​

From Anxiety blanket to a fairy tale canopy bed, head mask playing brainwaves and co - you can believe me, when I say that, I have tried everything!

​

As we spend on average 1/3 our lifetime asleep, I do believe that improving this third - will have a direct impact of on the two other thirds. Sleep may bring challenges for some, while it could be a for everyone accessible solution in different aspects of life.
